We have several adventure outings scheduled for this retreat. Get ready to visit some of the most beautiful cenotes on earth. “Dia De Los Muertos”… A Dedication To The Deceased
Day Of The Dead (Dia De Los Muertos) is a two-day holiday that reunites the living and dead. In this tradition, families create ofrendas (Offerings) to honor their departed family members who have passed. What To Expect
The days will start with morning yoga, a handstand workshop, therapeutics, breath work, and meditation sessions (depending on the day). Quickly followed by a tasty breakfast.
Then we will make our way to our training area where we will get ready for our first workshop of the day. The workshop will be immediately followed by an open jam, where everyone will get some time with the coaches.
Jams will be followed by lunch. After a lunch break, we will embark on one of our outing adventures to cenotes, beaches, or to our temazcal experience.
Late in the afternoon, we will come back for our last Acro workshop of the day. The last workshop will always end with some deep stretches, therapeutics or massage to treat those sore muscles, plus another opportunity to jam more or just chill before dinner.
Lastly, in the evenings there will be fun and relaxed group activities and time to socialize and bond together.
Every day is packed with amazing activities, but you always have the option to skip as many as you need to recharge your batteries.
The Acro Workshops are for everybody, anyone at any skill level can take part, we will customize all the classes to your skill level - first time, basic, intermediate or advanced. There are 7 Acro Workshops schedule for the duration of the retreat, as well as 4 jams (free play time).

“What makes for a good Acroyoga retreat?” Well, the coaches of course…
We have SIX coaches in attendance for this retreat.
Having 6 coaches will provide each of our guests with personalized attention and guidance throughout the entire week. With such a low coach-to-guest ratio, everyone will have ample opportunities to receive individualized feedback, support, and instruction tailored to their specific needs and skill levels. This will ensure that each participant can make significant progress, refine their techniques, and deepen their understanding of Acroyoga & dance lifts in a focused and supportive environment.
Steve & Gina
Steve & Gina are coaches based out of San Diego, California. Combined they have years of experience teaching acrobatics. From weekly classes in their hometown; to festivals all over the world; they have taught everywhere. They can do it all, but most importantly, they can teach it all. From L-basing flows and hand-to-hand; to standing acro and dance lifts.
