Yoga -
Our program views yoga as a practice that goes beyond “poses” and “stretches”. It’s a way of living with more awareness, kindness, and intention. It’s learning how to breathe through challenges, stay present, and carry a calmer energy into everyday life. The practice on the mat is just the training ground for how you show up in the real world.

We offer at least one daily yoga class (some days, two classes) of varying styles - Yin, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa. Each session is designed to help you find balance, strength, and flexibility both on and off the mat. With mindful movement, we can learn to stay present and focused, fostering a deeper mind-body connection. Our experienced instructors will guide you through practice sessions tailored to all levels.

Our guests will also have the opportunity to delve deeper into their movement practice through specialized workshops on Handstands and intro to Acro Yoga (all levels).

Self-Development Program -
Our program starts before the retreat starts. The day you book our retreat, we will be scheduling a call with you to personally connect and start assessing the areas in your life where you might need clarity and/or guidance. Post retreat, you will continue to get support from us to ensure you are still on the “right path”.

During the retreat, we will focus on specific topics relating to self-development, psychology, and mindfulness, proven to challenge and inspire you to develop better habits, emotional awareness, and clarity. This holistic and complete approach to self-development is what set’s us apart.

We’ll explore sacred temples, trek through jungles full of monkeys and waterfalls, visit fun day clubs, dance and meet cool people at a famous Ecstatic Dance party, walk through rice fields, unwind on the most beautiful beaches, and more. But the real magic happens in the moments between—the shared meals, the spontaneous laughter, and quiet conversations at night.

Ernesto & Linsey make an amazing retreat team. Each bringing their own unique touch to the retreat.

Ernesto brings a mix of psychology/self-development, along with his fun and adventurous energy. He understands that growth does not have to feel like hard work and that there is a lot of self-discovery when you travel and connect with new people. His expertise traveling all over the world allows him to find all the cool places wherever he goes. His energy is contagious!

Lindsey brings her signature mix of playfulness and depth, guiding yoga sessions that leave you both energized and grounded. With her, expect plenty of laughter, heartfelt connection, and practices that remind you how good it feels to move, breathe, and truly take care of yourself.

Ubud: Ubud is kind of like the wellness capital of Bali. There’s yoga everywhere, healthy cafés on every corner, and views that look like desktop wallpapers. But at the same time, it doesn’t feel fake or overdone. The culture is real, the ceremonies are happening daily, and the energy feels very genuine. It’s the perfect mix of nature, spirituality, and good vibes.

Even though we will be based in Ubud, we have outings planned for Uluwatu & Canggu, so you will get to see all of Bali!

WE ARE IN BALI!! Let's explore, dance, meet the locals, learn the culture, laugh, and make new friendships. Get ready to visit some of the best beaches, waterfalls, temples, and cool places in Bali. Let's dance like never before at an Ecstatic Dance Party, let’s eat at the coolest restaurants, let’s get blessed by locals at the Water Temples, let’s get chased by monkeys, let's explore downtown, let's drink some fancy cocktails/mocktails by the beach, and let us leave this retreat with unforgettable memories.

Meet Your Facilitators

Lindsey 🇺🇸 - US native from Minnesota, she is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, travel enthusiast, holistic health coach, and breathwork facilitator based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Known for her bubbly personality and down-to-earth approach, she makes yoga feel fun, accessible, and deeply uplifting. Her teaching blends mindful movement, fitness-inspired flow, and a touch of feminine energy—helping people feel strong in their bodies while softening into presence.

Nesto 🇻🇪 is a Venezuelan psychologist, world traveler, and lifelong athlete who’s obsessed with movement, culture, and helping people feel more alive. He’s explored dozens of countries, immersed himself in different communities, spent years teaching partner acrobatics and tennis to people of all levels, and now loves guiding people through experiences that open the mind and expand their perspectives.

His background in psychology and human development helps him support others with clarity and compassion, while his years in sports—both as a competitor and a coach—give him a unique, grounded approach to growth.

Nesto’s love for building connections with people, coupled with his adventurous spirit and fun personality, helps create a welcoming environment where participants feel at ease and are encouraged to embrace new experiences. When you explore Bali with him, you’re in the hands of someone who genuinely loves adventure and loves helping people find their own version of it.
